Entities Self-Assessment

FMBank utilizes self-assessment in the form of EEO-1 Reports which are filed annually with the EEOC to track and analyze employment statistics by gender, race, ethnicity and occupational group.  These are done on an annual basis and reported to the Board of Directors.
